As the Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Living Industries (ELI), Kyle Huttenlocker creates an environment and culture focused on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values. With over 15 years managing large-scale international programs, Kyle is a respected entrepreneur with proven experience in team leadership, business administration, and risk management.
Prior to joining Bryan and Thomas at ELI, Kyle served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Samsa Technologies where he oversaw the daily operations of the fintech start-up company while also managing its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program, ensuring compliance with all applicable provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN Federal regulations, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Kyle also served in a senior leadership role at Constellis, a 20,000+ person, $2.3B international firm that provides commercial, governmental, and private clients with logistics, security, risk management, humanitarian, and investigations services. Kyle’s tenure at Constellis was during a period of rapid organic growth and extensive mergers and acquisitions that saw the company expand from a multimillion-dollar to a multibillion-dollar industry leader backed by Apollo Global Management.
During his career, Kyle has worked on a variety of successful projects including work with a Fortune 500 company providing strategic consultancy on microgrid solutions for underdeveloped communities in Central and South Africa. While working on a US Ambassador’s team for a critical overseas diplomatic mission, he contributed to operating procedures that emphasize the safety and well-being for local populations for security contractors operating in high-threat environments, later incorporated into ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012.
Kyle is a decorated US Army veteran with multiple deployments to combat zones in support of the Global War on Terror, where he earned a Bronze Star. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University.
